I came to the same conclusion about the Bible from a different direction. It cannot be the “Word of God” because “Word” is only capitalized three times in any English translation. Proper names are capitalized in English. So the only thing that is actually named “Word of God” is Jesus Christ: John 1, 1 John 1, and Revelation 19:13. Each time it is clear that it is talking about the incarnated Son. Throughout the “Old Testament” the “word of God” comes as a personal messenger. It is never paper and ink. Also, any list of missing scripture needs to include Paul’s letter to Laodicea that he mentions in Colossians 4:16. Scripture is authoritative and useful, but it is not the 4th member of the Trinity. That belief is called Bibliolatry and is a gross blasphemy.
